初中课文《红军鞋》是一篇以红军鞋的作用为线索的记叙文。红军长征离开江西中央根据地时,根据地的一位老大爷拉着“我”的手,把一双布鞋塞给“我”。从此,这双布鞋便被称为“红军鞋”。红军鞋在作品特定的语言环境中,又被称之谓“量天尺”、“伙伴”和“救命鞋”。全文统计,包括课题在内,一共出现过十次。那么,这些特定环境里的特定称谓,使用了什么修辞手法?冯锡英同志编写的由湖北人民出版社出版的达标手册,在第19页第六题中的第3题有这样的说明:
