要闻:保监会就投资境外保险类企业管理办法征求意见中国保监会日前公布了《保险公司投资境外保险类企业管理办法(草案)》和《非保险机构投资境外保险类企业管理办法(草案)》,广泛征求社会各界意见。《保险公司投资境外保险类企业管理办法(草案)》所称境外保险类企业是指保险公司在境外投资的保险公司、保险中介机构、境内保险公司在境外的分支机构。所称境外投资,是指保险公司在境外设立、收购或者参股保险类企业的活动。保险企业在境外设立的代表机构、联络机构或者办事处等非营业性机构适用该办法。
Highlights: CIRC Seeks Opinions on Measures for Administration of Investments in Overseas Insurance Companies China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) has released the Measures for the Administration of Overseas-funded Insurance Companies in Insurance Companies (Draft) and the Measures for the Administration of Non-insurance Institutions in Investments in Overseas Insurance Enterprises (Draft) Solicit opinions from all walks of life The term “foreign-funded insurance companies that invest in overseas-listed insurance companies (Draft)” refers to insurance companies that make overseas investments by insurance companies, insurance intermediaries, and overseas branches of domestic insurance companies. The so-called overseas investment refers to the insurance company’s establishment, acquisition or participation in the insurance business outside the country. Such measures are applicable to non-profit institutions such as representative offices, liaison offices or offices set up by insurance companies outside the country.
