思想政治工作要说实话。否则,思想工作的十分实事,就会被三分乃至一分假话、空话抵销冲淡,收不到应有的效果。 说实话有时很难,说实话需要勇气。曾听到有人这样总结经验教训:“对待实事求是也得实事求是。在该实事求是的地方才实事求是,在不该实事求是的地方,就不要实事求是！”这是说,在有些地方,你实话实说,人家非但不爱听,反而会厌恶你,嘲弄你,甚至刁难你。这里说的“该不该”,实际上是指别人、特别是上头“爱不爱”。这种带有酸楚味道的调侃,实际上是对党风不正、政风不正、民风不正的一种讽刺
