运用COMSOL软件建立6061-T8铝合金激光焊接的数值仿真模型,在考虑表面吸收率的情况下,分析不同激光功率、不同焊接速度对焊接过程的影响。仿真结果表明,当激光功率较低时,焊件表面不会形成小孔,该焊接过程只是进行热传导;随着合金表面吸收率的增加,熔融时间先减小后基本保持不变;随着激光功率的增加,焊接深度和宽度逐渐增加;而随着焊接速度的增加,焊缝深度和宽度逐渐减小。
The numerical simulation model of 6061-T8 aluminum alloy laser welding was established by using COMSOL software. The influence of different laser power and welding speed on the welding process was analyzed considering the surface absorption rate. The simulation results show that when the laser power is low, no small holes are formed on the surface of the weldment, and the welding process only conducts heat conduction. As the absorption rate on the alloy surface increases, the melting time first decreases and remains substantially unchanged. With the laser With the increase of welding power, the welding depth and width gradually increase. With the increase of welding speed, the depth and width of welding seam decrease gradually.
