目的了解某院广州户籍患者恶性肿瘤的发病情况及规律,为地区的恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据。方法对某院2011年-2013年收治的广州户籍恶性肿瘤患者数据进行统计分析。结果 2011年-2013年某院共收治广州户籍的恶性肿瘤患者2731例,前十位的癌症总数为2105例(占77.1%)分别是:气管支气管和肺癌、结肠癌、肝脏和肝内胆管癌、直肠和肛管肛门癌、乳房癌、女性生殖器癌、胃癌、前列腺癌、泌尿道癌、鼻咽癌。男性恶性肿瘤发病高于女性(1.3:1),尤其是食管癌、肝脏及肝内胆管、鼻咽、泌尿道等男女发病比例较高。恶性肿瘤的高发年龄组主要集中在40岁以上的中老年人群,尤其是60岁~79岁年龄组。乳腺癌是20岁~39岁青年女性患恶性肿瘤的首位。结论恶性肿瘤在地区、性别、年龄等有各自的特点,有必要加强恶性肿瘤发病地区、性别、年龄差异等流行病学研究,以进一步细化指导不同地区、年龄、性别等人群的早预防、早诊断、早诊疗措施,降低恶性肿瘤的发病率。
Objective To understand the incidence and patterns of malignant tumors in a registered permanent residence of a hospital in Guangzhou and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors in the area. Methods The data of patients with malignant tumor of household registration in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 2731 malignant tumor patients were admitted to Guangzhou from 2011 to 2013. The top 10 cancer cases were 2105 (77.1%), respectively: tracheobronchial and lung cancer, colon cancer, liver and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma , Rectum and anal and anal cancer, breast cancer, female genital cancer, stomach cancer, prostate cancer, urinary tract cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer. The incidence of malignant tumors in men than men (1.3: 1), especially esophageal cancer, liver and intrahepatic bile duct, nasopharynx, urinary tract and other male and female high incidence. High incidence of malignant tumors in the age group mainly in the elderly over the age of 40, especially 60 to 79 age group. Breast cancer is the first of malignant tumors in young women aged 20 to 39 years old. Conclusions Malignant tumors have their own characteristics in terms of area, sex, age, etc. It is necessary to strengthen the epidemiological study on the incidence of malignant tumors, sex, age difference and so on, so as to further guide the early prevention and treatment of malignant tumors in different regions, Early diagnosis, early diagnosis and treatment measures to reduce the incidence of malignant tumors.
