衰老、疾病和癌症发生与基因损伤关系密切,基因损伤修复效率的降低导致细胞癌变增高,而强化基因损伤修复则能减少细胞癌变。绒毛钩藤为秘鲁民间草药,其药理作用的研究一直受到关注。近年来研究发现绒毛钩藤活性组分羧酸烷基酯具有强化基因修复作用,能选择性募集修复蛋白XPA,CSA和XPC等集结于DNA损伤部位,提高DNA修复效率;同时绒毛钩藤提取物还可抑制肿瘤细胞生长,在临床上降低化疗引起的毒副作用,本文仅就该方面的研究进展作一简要综述。
Aging, disease and cancer are closely related to gene damage. The reduction of the efficiency of gene damage repair leads to the increase of cell canceration, while the enhancement of gene damage repair can reduce the canceration of cells. Uncaria tomentosa is a Peruvian folk medicine, the study of its pharmacological effects has been the concern. In recent years, it has been found that the alkyl carboxylates of the active component of Uncaria xylophilus can enhance the gene repair effect and selectively recruit the repair proteins XPA, CSA and XPC to accumulate in the DNA damage site and improve the DNA repair efficiency. At the same time, But also can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and reduce the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy clinically. This article only briefly reviews the research progress in this aspect.
