随着我国经济的快速发展以及社会的进步,国家与国家之间的竞争究其根源是对人才的竞争,而企业为了能够在激烈的市场竞争中获得一席之地,就需要加强对高素质人才的储备,以此来企业的市场竞争力。但目前我国企业在发展的过程中不断地流失了大量的高素质人才,没能为企业的长远发展进行人才的储备,这就无法为企业在激烈的市场中提高自身的竞争力。本文简要地阐述了人力资源经济管理工具的相关概念及在企业中的作用,并在此基础上分析了人力资源管理工具在运用过程中存在的缺陷和问题,如缺乏企业文化、盲目引进人才以及没有遵守诚实守信原则等,然后针对这些问题和缺陷提出了相应的解决措施,旨在加强企业的人才储备,以便更好地促进企业的长远发展。
