近几年羟基磷灰石(Hadroaylarotite,HAP)较多地用于修复机体骨组织缺损,取得了肯定的效果、目前用于盖髓治疗研究尚少,作者应用羟基磷灰石人工骨进行直接盖髓治疗深龋意外穿髓25例,共26颗牙齿.达到了预期的效果,保留了患牙的正常牙髓.报告如下.1 材料与方法1.1 临床资料 本研究所用HAP系国家建材局山东工业陶瓷研究设计院提供;呈颗粒状结晶.25例病人是作者在深龋治疗过程中发生意外穿髓而腐质又基本去净者,其中男14例,女11例;年龄在5—45岁之间.乳牙4颗,恒牙22颗,共26颗牙齿.复面洞18例,单面洞8例;上颌7颗,下颌19颗,均为磨牙;临床观察最长2年,最短3个月.
