驻疆汉族与少数民族官兵职业倦怠比较分析

目的研究新疆部队汉族官兵与少数民族官兵(以下简称“驻疆民汉官兵”)职业倦怠差异及其影响因素。方法 2013年11月采用分层抽样方法,抽取驻疆民汉官兵1 939人,以军人职业倦怠量表进行测评研究。结果汉族官兵职业倦怠总分及成就感、躯体化、自我评价、人际关系、消极怠工得分分别为(24.58±8.16)、(5.08±1.22)、(4.88±1.32)、(8.42±2.26)、(2.76±1.02)、(3.44±1.55)分,明显高于少数民族官兵的(19.90±7.40)、(4.15±1.09)、(3.94±1.03)、(7.03±2.30)、(2.11±1.01)、(2.66±1.08)分(均P<0.01)。汉族官兵职业倦怠总分及其因子与工作满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.091~-0.167,P<0.01),成就感、躯体化、人际关系、消极怠工与年龄、军龄、工作时长呈显著正相关(P<0.05);少数民族官兵职业倦怠总分及其因子与工作满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.129~-0.366,P<0.01),成就感、消极怠工与工作时长呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。工作满意度、工作时长和婚姻是影响汉族官兵职业倦怠的重要影响因素;工作满意度是影响少数民族官兵职业倦怠的重要因素。结论驻疆少数民族官兵总体职业倦怠低于汉族官兵,工作满意度与驻疆民汉官兵职业倦怠密切相关。 Objective To study the differences of occupational burnout among Han nationality officers and soldiers and minority officers and soldiers of Xinjiang Army (hereinafter referred to as Methods In November 2013, a total of 1 939 officers and soldiers of the People’s Liberation Army in the People’s Republic of China were sampled by stratified sampling method, and their occupational burnout scales were used for evaluation. Results The total score of job burnout and the scores of accomplishment, somatization, self-evaluation, interpersonal relationship and passive slacking in Han officers and men were (24.58 ± 8.16), (5.08 ± 1.22), (4.88 ± 1.32) and (8.42 ± 2.26) 2.76 ± 1.02, and 3.44 ± 1.55 respectively, which were significantly higher than those of ethnic minority officers (19.90 ± 7.40, 4.15 ± 1.09, 3.94 ± 1.03, 7.03 ± 2.30, 2.11 ± 1.01, 2.66 ± 1.08) points (all P <0.01). The total score of job burnout and its factor in Han nationality were negatively correlated with job satisfaction (r = -0.091-0.167, P <0.01). The sense of accomplishment, somatization, interpersonal relationship, passive sabotage and age, army age and working hours (R = -0.129-0.366, P <0.01). The sense of accomplishment, negligence and working hours of minority officers and men were significantly and negatively correlated (P <0.05). The total score of job burnout and its factors were negatively correlated with job satisfaction Significant positive correlation (P <0.05). Job satisfaction, working hours and marriage are the important factors affecting the burnout of the Han officers and men; Job satisfaction is an important factor that affects the burnout of the minority officers and men. Conclusion The overall job burnout of the officers and soldiers of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang is lower than that of the Han nationality. The job satisfaction is closely related to the job burnout of the officers and men of the ROK in the country.
