目的调查内江市白纹伊蚊种群幼虫及成虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为内江市白纹伊蚊抗性治理提供相应对策。方法在内江市建城区范围内(东西南北中)采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~2代后,采用刘维德推荐的生物测试法测定白纹伊蚊幼虫抗性水平,WHO推荐的接触筒法测定白纹伊蚊成虫的抗性水平。幼虫抗药性监测结果以中国疾病预防控制中心实验室敏感品系(S-lab)为参照。结果内江市白纹伊蚊种群幼虫对溴氰菊酯为高度抗性,对高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯为中等抗性,对双硫磷为低抗性,对敌敌畏敏感。成虫对氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯为中抗,对敌敌畏和双硫磷为敏感。结论加强对内江市白纹伊蚊的抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To investigate the resistance status of larvae and adults of common Aedes albopictus to common insecticides in Neijiang and to provide corresponding countermeasures for the resistance control of Ae. Albopictus in Neijiang. Methods Aedes albopictus larvae were collected in the urban area of Neijiang (east, west, north and south). After breeding for 1-2 generations in the laboratory, the resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae was determined by the bioassay method recommended by Liu Weide. The WHO recommended The contact tube method was used to determine the resistance level of Ae. Albopictus adults. The larvae drug resistance monitoring results are based on the S-lab of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results The nematode Aedes albopictus larvae in Neijiang were highly resistant to deltamethrin, moderately resistant to beta-cypermethrin and permethrin, low resistant to diphtheria and sensitive to dichlorvos. Adults were resistant to permethrin, beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin, and to dichlorvos and diphtheria. Conclusion To strengthen the resistance monitoring of Ae. Albopictus in Neijiang City and to use pesticides scientifically and reasonably.
