近几年,随着我市的改革开放,外资企业蓬勃发展,为我市的经济发展注入了新的活力。但由于部分企业领导只重视生产和经济效益,而忽视了对职工食堂的卫生管理,再加上企业领导法制观念比较淡薄,炊事人员卫生知识贫乏及其它一些原因,致使某些食堂卫生脏、乱、差现象严重。自1994年至今,连续发生的4起职工食堂食物中毒均属独资企业。为改善食堂的卫生状况,预防食物中毒的再发生,我们对食堂的卫生状况、管理情况及几次食物中毒的原因进行了调查分析,并提出了管理和预防的对策。1 职工食堂的卫生状况1.1 通过检查中发现,有少数食堂未经食品卫生监督人员审查
