暗物质粒子探测卫星BGO量能器地面自动化测试软件

锗酸铋(Bismuth Germanate,BGO)量能器是我国即将发射的暗物质粒子探测卫星的关键分系统之一。在为期数年的工程研制过程中,需开展大量测试工作,包括初样鉴定件、正样飞行件共计40块前端电子学板的性能测试,初、正样共计约1 600个光电倍增管的LED光源刻度测试,以及初、正样单机各长达数月的多项地面环境模拟试验。针对以上测试和试验过程中的自动化数据采集和指令参数配置等需求,设计开发完成了一个基于Lab Windows/CVI开发平台和虚拟仪器技术的自动化测试系统,并投入实际应用,减轻了实验人员的工作强度,提高了测试效率,为暗物质粒子探测卫星BGO量能器的研制和工程生产的顺利进行提供了保障。 Bismuth Germanate (BGO) is one of the key subsystems of the upcoming dark matter particle satellites to be launched in China. During the course of several years of project development, a great deal of testing work, including initial qualification test pieces and performance tests of a total of 40 front-end electronic boards with positive flying parts, has to be carried out. There are about 1,600 photomultiplier tubes LED light source scale test, as well as the beginning, the same kind of single machine up to several months for a number of ground environment simulation test. In response to the above requirements of automated data acquisition and command parameter configuration during the test and test, an automated test system based on the Lab Windows / CVI development platform and virtual instrument technology has been designed and developed, put into practical application and reduced the work of laboratory personnel Intensity, improve the test efficiency, for the development of dark matter particle sounder BGO measuring energy device and engineering production has provided a guarantee.
