目的 :建立用毛细管区带电泳快速测定血清中氯氮平含量的方法。方法 :采用 33.5mmol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH6 .47) ,用紫外检测器在 2 5 4nm波长处检测 ,以外标法定量。结果 :线性范围 0 .1~ 10 μg·ml-1,最低检测限 0 .1μg·ml-1。平均回收率 ( 97.47± 2 .8) %。日内与日间RSD分别为 2 .6 3%和 3.81%。结论 :毛细血管带电泳法是快速测定人血清中氯氮平含量的较好方法。
Objective: To establish a method for rapid determination of clozapine in serum by capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods: 33.5mmol·L-1 phosphate buffer (pH6.47) was used to detect the UV wavelength at 254nm and quantified by external standard method. Results: The linear range was from 0.1 to 10 μg · ml-1 with the lowest detection limit of 0.1 μg · ml-1. The average recovery was (97.47 ± 2 .8)%. The intraday and intraday RSDs were 2.63% and 3.81% respectively. Conclusion: Capillary zone electrophoresis is a good method for rapid determination of clozapine in human serum.
