激光是治疗泌尿生殖器尖锐湿疣的主要方法之一,但所致溃疡往往需要较长时间方可愈合.笔者于1996年6～10月应用珠海东大生物制药有限公司生产的贝复济(Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor,bFGF)喷雾剂治疗泌尿生殖器激光溃疡40例,取得较好疗效,现将疗效观察结果报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料本组40例,男13例,女27例,年龄14～43岁,平均29.15岁;病程1～18d,平均7.42d;溃疡面积0.45～14.52cm~2,平均4.013cm~2;并发淋病15例,非淋病性尿道炎6例,念珠菌性阴道炎5例,阴道炎8例,包皮过长及包茎4例.
