作者用放射免疫测定法分别测定了大鼠去减压神经(Sinoaortic denervation,SAD)后不同时间血浆、垂体前叶(AP)、垂体后叶(PP)、延髓(OB)、下丘脑(HP)精氨酸加压素样免疫活性物质(ir-AVP)和β内啡肽样免疫活性物质(ir-β-EP)含量。SAD后1d,OBir-AVP及AP、PP.OBir-β-EP含量明显高于假手术对照组,血浆ir-AVP,ir-β-EP含量则均明显低于对照组。7d后ir-β-EP含最在AP、PP逐渐减少,在HP、OB则呈上升趋势,而ir-AVP含量除在垂体前叶逐渐减少外,在PP、OB、HP均出现减少后至21d时又增加的现象。上述结果表明,SAD对脑内某些区域ir-AVP、ir-β-EP含量有不同程度影响,其机制尚待深入研究。
The authors used radioimmunoassay to measure the changes of plasma, anterior pituitary (AP), posterior pituitary (PP), medulla oblongata (OB), hypothalamic (HP) The contents of arginine-vasopressin-like immunoreactive substances (ir-AVP) and beta-endorphin-like immunoreactive substances (ir-beta-EP) The levels of OBir-AVP, AP and PP.OBir-β-EP were significantly higher than those of the sham-operation control group on day one after SAD. The levels of ir-AVP and ir-β-EP in plasma were significantly lower than those in the control group. After 7 days, the content of ir-β-EP in AP and PP decreased gradually, but increased in HP and OB, while the contents of ir-AVP decreased in PP, OB and HP except in the anterior pituitary 21d and increase the phenomenon. The above results show that SAD has different effects on the content of ir-AVP and ir-β-EP in some regions of brain, and its mechanism needs further study.
