不久前杭州市政府在顺应杭州城市全球化发展趋势背景下发出“要大力发展‘楼宇经济’”的号召。要稳定健康的发展杭州楼宇经济,其“生力军”———未来商务地产的发展成为关键。从目前的趋势来看,杭州商务地产要有更大的发展空间,进入一个国际化的竞争平台将成为必由之路。2008年7月5日下午,由杭州市西湖区政府、杭州对外贸易经济合作局、浙江省房地产协会、美国建筑师协会联合主办,浙江建工房地产开发集团有限公司承办的“EAC国际(商务)地产发展模式中国论坛”在浙江世贸大酒店隆重举行。在本次论坛上,美国建筑师协会理事、曼哈顿区中国首席商务代表饶及人,浙江大学房地产研究中心主任贾生华,美国商业地产协会理事克里斯蒂,美国花旗集团房地产基金高级副总裁兼中国首席投资官姚蔚、世邦魏理仕分别发表了精彩主题演讲。本刊将他们独到的观点一一提炼,供大家品阅。
