采用ODF织构分析和各向异性测试技术,研究了热粗轧温度和热精轧温度对3004H19易拉罐用特薄铝板的各向异性和织构的影响。实验结果表明:当热粗轧温度≥733K,热精轧温度≥623K时,3004H19薄板中具有强的铜织构和较强的立方织构,各向异性小,深冲性能好,制耳率低,达到国际先进水平;较高的热轧温度减弱了薄板冲杯时45°方向制耳的形成;当成品板中有较强的立方织构与变形织构共同存在时,成品板材的各向异性和制耳率很小,深冲过程中才有可能形成8个小制耳。
The effects of hot roughing temperature and finish hot rolling temperature on the anisotropy and texture of 3004H19 aluminum can are studied by using ODF texture analysis and anisotropic testing technology.
