用管式沉降炉做了加福煤粉(180—240目)的燃烧实验.加福煤是高灰分的高变质无烟煤,用有灰壳的缩核模型计算了它的燃烧反应动力学参数.结果证叫加福煤粉的燃烧实际接近于无灰壳的收缩模型,说明既使对于高灰分的煤粉,有灰壳的燃烧模型也是不适用的.本文还对在不同取样点间有不同表面反应速度系数的原因进行了分析,并对煤粉燃烧实验方法提出建议.
The combustion experiment of Jiafu pulverized coal (180-240 mesh) was carried out with a tube-type settling furnace.Jiaofu coal is a high-ash, highly metamorphic anthracite, and its combustion kinetic parameters were calculated by using a shrink-core model with a gray shell. The combustion of Jiafu coal powder is actually close to that of the ashless shell, which shows that the combustion model of the gray shell is not suitable even for the high ash coal powder.This paper also analyzes the effects of different surface reaction rates The reason of the coefficient is analyzed, and some suggestions on the experimental method of pulverized coal combustion are put forward.
