Antagonism theory is a new theory that guides the compatibility of prescriptions and produces antagonistic effects to treat diseases. Under the guidance of this theory, doctors of all ages have come up with many effective prescriptions and laid the theoretical foundation for overcoming serious problems. The author describes the anti-heroes, fears, and evils of traditional Chinese medicine and the prescriptions made by the ancients in terms of anti-fear, evil, and individual clinical experience. First, the “anti-, fear, evil” of Chinese medicine. From ancient times to the present, the Chinese medicine community believes that “opposite, fear, and evil” is an incompatibility, just like a theorem. Medical students should first understand this law and must not violate it in clinical practice.
