由于英语与汉语有着不同的文化背景,英语学习过程中学生往往受到汉语文化的影响,英语学习水平难以得到有效地提高。跨文化意识教学在当前的外语教学中逐渐得到认可,但由于教师对跨文化教学的认识不足,导致英语教学中难以充分发挥其作用。本文主要是对英语教学中跨文化意识培养的必要性进行分析,并就如何培养学生的跨文化意识提出合理的建议。
Because English and Chinese have different cultural backgrounds, students in English learning process are often influenced by Chinese culture, and the level of English learning can not be effectively improved. Cross-cultural awareness teaching is gaining recognition in current foreign language teaching. However, teachers’ lack of understanding of intercultural teaching makes it difficult to fully exert their functions in English teaching. This article mainly analyzes the necessity of cultivating cross-cultural awareness in English teaching and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to cultivate students’ cross-cultural awareness.
