当今,我们儿保工作面临的艰巨的任务是如何为实现《90年代中国儿童发展规划纲要》(简称《纲要》)而奋斗。 我国儿保的任务是尤为艰巨的。《纲要》规定在1900至2000年内,使婴儿死亡率和5岁以下儿童死亡率降低1/3……,孕产妇死亡率减低一半等。《纲要》中提出的10条措施,是实现《纲要》的重要保证。为此,我们儿保工作者必须认真学习《纲要》,为贯彻实现《纲要》而努力。我们儿保工作者所作的工作,都是为着这代跨世纪儿童服务的。这是时代赋于我们儿保工作者的光荣职责,我们要协同全社会的力量为下一代儿童的健康成长作贡献。 Today, the daunting task our child care work is facing is how to work for the realization of the “Outline for the Development of China’s Children in the 1990s” (the “Outline”). The task of China’s child protection is particularly arduous. The “Outline” stipulates that the infant mortality rate and the child mortality rate under the age of 5 will be reduced by 1/3 ... between 1900 and 2000, and the maternal mortality rate will be halved. The 10 measures set forth in the “Outline” are an important guarantee for the realization of the “Outline”. To this end, our child protection workers must earnestly study the “Outline” and work hard for the realization of the “Outline”. The work our child-protection workers have done all serves this generation of cross-century children. This is the glorious duty entrusted by our times to our child protection workers. We must make concerted efforts with the whole society to contribute to the healthy growth of the next generation of children.
