使用颏兜矫治Ⅲ类骨性畸形不是一种新概念,Angle,Broadbent,Brdie,Kloechn等都有过这方面的报道。本文目的是通过二组Ⅲ类骨性错(牙合)患者(一组未经治疗,一组仅用颏兜治疗)颅面某些生长率的比较来确定用颏兜牵引防止或矫正下颌前突时,颅底和面中部的平均生长变化。材料和方法本研究资料来自Hokkiad大学(对照组7例)和Tohokn大学(治疗组10例)的连续头测量X光片,(对照组每年摄片一次,治疗组每半年摄片一次)患者均为Ⅲ类骨性错(牙合)的青少年期日本女孩,即从5岁到青春突发期前。
It is not a new concept to use orthodontics to treat Class Ⅲ skeletal malformations. Angle, Broadbent, Brdie and Kloechn have reported this aspect. The purpose of this paper is to determine if certain rates of craniofacial growth in two groups of patients with type III bony misdiagnosis (one untreated and one group treated with chinchillas only) are used to prevent or correct premolar mandibular distraction Suddenly, the average growth changes in the skull base and midface. MATERIALS AND METHODS The data of this study were obtained from consecutive head-measuring radiographs at Hokkiad University (control group, 7 cases) and Tohokn University (treatment group, 10 cases) (control group was taken once a year and treatment group was taken radiographs every six months) Grade III bony malocclusion adolescent Japanese girls, that is, from 5 years before the onset of youth.
