在对728名医院工作者进行血脂普查的过程中,同时检查了双侧耳垂斜行皱折。50名阳性,其中血胆固醇增高和正常者各25名。随机取20名耳垂征阳性、高胆圄醇血症,20名耳垂征阳性、血胆固醇正常以及23名血胆固醇增高而耳垂征阴性的血进行 HLA 定型。分析结果说明,耳垂征与血胆固醇的高低似无关;高胆固醇血症与 HLA 也无明显关系;耳垂皱折征阳性者则HLA-BW54明显增多(RR=4.26)。如能明确耳垂征是一个冠心病的易患因子,则 HLA-BW54很可能与冠心病多发的易感性基团中之一,紧密呈连锁不平衡。
During a blood lipids screening of 728 hospital workers, both sides of the ear lobe were examined for oblique wrinkles. 50 were positive, including 25 cases of hypercholesterolemia and normal. Twenty rabbits with positive otophilia, hypercholesterolemia, 20 positive otolarium, normal blood cholesterol, and 23 patients with elevated blood cholesterol and negative ear lobes were randomly selected for HLA typing. The results showed that the eardrum sign had nothing to do with the level of blood cholesterol, hypercholesterolemia had no significant relationship with HLA, and HLA-BW54 was significantly increased (RR = 4.26). If it is clear that the earlobe sign is a predisposing factor for coronary heart disease, HLA-BW54 is likely to be one of the more susceptible groups with coronary heart disease, closely linked imbalance.
