我国用电测法测定轧机特性参数的工作,在五十年代即已开始,但进展不快。近年来才逐渐普及,大、中型压延企业开始建立专门技术队伍,从事这方面的工作。今后,电测系统将作为轧机控制系统的一部份而附于轧机。电测法较过去沿用的计算法,在结果的准确程度上自然要高得多;和其它测试方法比较,也有测试参数多、仪器设备相对便宜、操作简单等优点。但测试费用仍较昂贵,一台轧机数十个参数的全面测定,约需费用l~2万元,如本文测定7个参数的规模也需数千元不等,这一点是必须改进的。本文可以作为利用电测结果分析轧机的一个例子,说明电测法的用途和意义。
In our country, the work of measuring the characteristic parameters of the rolling mill with the electric measuring method started in the 1950s, but the progress was unpleasant. In recent years, it has been gradually popularized. Large and medium-sized rolling enterprises have started to set up special technical teams to work in this field. In the future, the electrical measurement system will be attached to the mill as part of the rolling mill control system. Compared with the other test methods, there are many test parameters, the equipment is relatively cheap, the operation is simple and so on. However, the test cost is still relatively expensive. The comprehensive determination of dozens of parameters of a rolling mill requires about 1 to 20,000 yuan. If the size of the seven parameters is also measured in this paper, it will take several thousand yuan. This point must be improved. This paper can be used as an example of analysis of the mill using electrical measurements to illustrate the purpose and significance of electrical measurements.
