山洞式油库防潮一直是个重要课题。一些山洞式油库由于渗漏水严重,洞内相对湿度高达90%以上,个别洞内设备腐蚀不能正常开启运转,严重者甚至影响收发作业,造成渗漏跑油。从1973年起我们开始在山洞式油库中进行防潮涂料的可行性应用。工程实践表明:为了提高山洞式油库的防潮性能,在结构上做好防渗漏水处理的基础上喷涂合适的防潮涂料可以大大降低洞内湿度,改善油库的使用条件。
Moisture-proof oil depot has always been an important issue. Some cave-type oil depot as a serious leakage of water, the relative humidity inside the cave as high as 90% or more, the corrosion of the equipment can not be properly opened in some holes operation, serious or even affect the send and receive operations, resulting in leakage running oil. Since 1973 we have started the feasibility of moisture-proof coatings in cavernous oil depots. Engineering practice shows that, in order to improve the moisture resistance of a cave-type oil depot, spraying a suitable moisture-proof coating on the basis of making the structure impervious to water leakage can greatly reduce the humidity in the cave and improve the service conditions of the depot.
