通过时苎麻多倍体及其杂交后代染色体数目、细胞有丝分裂和减数分裂行为的观察,发现具有如下特点:a.染色体数目呈现多样性,变幅在12~84之间,未发现纯合体植株;b.细胞有丝分裂出现多种异常现象,如多极分裂、不均等分裂、染色体落后、核缢裂、多微核等异常行为;c.减数分裂亦出现多种异常现象,包括不均等分裂、染色体落后、两极和三极分裂、出芽生殖、多微核、染色体桥等异常行为。
Through the observation of chromosome number, cell mitosis and meiosis behavior of ramie polyploid and its hybrid progenies, it was found that the following characteristics: a. Chromosome number showed diversity, ranging between 12 to 84, no homozygous plants were found; b. A variety of cell mitosis abnormal phenomena, such as multipolar division, unequal division, chromosomal backwardness, nuclear chapped, multi-micronuclei and other abnormal behavior; c. Melanchidosis also appears a variety of anomalies, including unequal division, chromosomal backwardness, bipolar and bipolar splitting, budding reproductive, micronuclei, chromosome bridges and other abnormal behavior.
