苏州科技大学充分发挥英语第二课堂在中外合作办学人才培养中的作用,构建了包括英语读报、英语角、外教讲座等多种活动形式的第二课堂体系,通过对接课外学分、设立英语学习进步奖等措施提高学生的参与积极性。英语第二课堂形成了活动制度化、学生全覆盖、形式多样化的特色。下一步,我们将从提高学生参与主动性和积极性、提高活动丰富度和创新性、提高活动系统性等方面进一步优化英语第二课堂,提升中外合作办学学生的英语水平。
Suzhou University of Science and Technology has given full play to the role of the Second English Classes in the training of qualified personnel for Sino-foreign cooperative education and has constructed a second classroom system that includes various activities such as English reading newspapers, English readings, foreign lectures and so on. Through setting up extracurricular credits, setting up English learning Progress Award and other measures to improve student participation in the initiative. The second classroom of English has formed the institutionalization of activities, the full coverage of students and the diversification of forms. In the next step, we will further optimize the second language class in terms of improving student participation and initiative, enhancing the richness and creativity of our activities, and improving the systematicness of our activities so as to enhance the English proficiency of Chinese-foreign cooperative education students.
