目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者应用氟伐他汀治疗对血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响。方法235例患者分为2组,对照组118例,应用利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β-受体阻滞剂、螺内酯、硝酸酯类药物等常规治疗;他汀组117例,在常规治疗基础上,加用氟伐他汀治疗。2组均于治疗前及治疗6个月后测血清MMP-9浓度,评价其心功能变化,分析2组治疗前后MMP-9的差异。结果治疗6个月后2组MMP-9浓度均明显下降(P均<0.01),他汀组下降更明显(P<0.01);6个月后他汀组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗同时加用氟伐他汀治疗,可明显降低血清MMP-9浓度,改善心功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of fluvastatin on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 235 patients were divided into two groups, the control group of 118 cases, the application of diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, β-blockers, spironolactone, nitrates and other conventional treatment; 117 patients in the statin group, On the basis of conventional treatment, plus fluvastatin therapy. The levels of serum MMP-9 in both groups were measured before treatment and 6 months after treatment, and the changes of cardiac function were evaluated. The differences of MMP-9 before and after treatment were analyzed. Results After 6 months of treatment, MMP-9 levels were significantly decreased in both groups (P <0.01), and decreased significantly in statin group (P <0.01). After 6 months, the total effective rate of statin group was significantly higher than that of control group ). Conclusion In patients with chronic heart failure, concurrent treatment with fluvastatin can significantly reduce serum MMP-9 concentration and improve cardiac function.
