中央企业企业文化建设研讨交流会提出了扎实推进企业文化建设,努力打造中央企业核心竞争力的要求。那么,企业文化建设与我们经常说的“生命线”--思想政治工作的关系是怎样的?如何实现二者的有机结合？就这些问题,笔者谈一些粗浅的认识。
The discussion and discussion on the corporate culture building of the central enterprises put forward the requirements of solidly promoting the corporate culture building and making efforts to build the core competitiveness of the central enterprises. So what is the relationship between corporate culture and what we often say “lifeline” - ideological and political work? How to achieve the organic combination of the two? On these issues, I talk about some superficial understanding.
