造纸白水封闭循环利用造成了其中细小的胶黏性物质的不断富集,给纸机运行以及成纸质量带来越来越严重的负面影响。本文首先采用常用的检测方法,对新闻纸厂造纸白水的基本物化特性进行表征;在此基础上,用扫描电镜观测白水固形物等物质,定性分析其中的微细胶黏物特征;然后通过TG和Py-GC-MS对其热失重特性和组分特征进行分析,推断其来源;最后对其粒径进行检测,得到其微细胶黏物的结果如下,即粒径的主要分布区域为0.5~6μm之间,体积含量约为13.17mm3/mL,平均粒径8.31μm。
