目的:观察通过D101大孔树脂精制的4年生泰山四叶参多糖对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳能力的影响。方法:用水提醇沉法和大孔树脂对四叶参多糖进行提取和纯化,得到精制的四叶参多糖。昆明种小鼠,按照性别和体质量随机分4组(n=10),分别为对照组,高、中、低3个剂量组,灌胃10d后,采用耐缺氧和负重游泳的实验方法,测定小鼠不同时间的累计耗氧量,缺氧存活时间和负重游泳存活时间。结果:高剂量组可明显降低小鼠累计耗氧量,延长小鼠缺氧存活时间和负重游泳存活时间。结论:4年生泰山四叶参大孔树脂精制多糖具有明显的提高小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of 4-year-old Taishan four leaf ginseng polysaccharide purified by D101 macroporous resin on hypoxia tolerance and anti-fatigue ability in mice. Methods: Extract and purify polysaccharides of four leaf ginseng by water precipitation alcohol precipitation method and macroporous resin to obtain refined four leaf ginseng polysaccharide. Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 10) according to sex and body weight, which were control group, high, medium and low dose groups respectively. After 10 days of gavage, experimental methods of hypoxia tolerance and weight-bearing swimming The cumulative oxygen consumption, hypoxic survival time and weight-bearing swimming survival time of mice at different time were measured. Results: The high-dose group can significantly reduce the cumulative oxygen consumption in mice, prolong the hypoxic survival time and weight-bearing swimming survival time. CONCLUSION: Four-year-old Taishan four leaves ginseng macroporous resin purified polysaccharide can significantly improve the mice hypoxia tolerance and fatigue resistance.
