考察了在T型分子筛膜反应器中H-β分子筛催化的环己酮与乙二醇缩合反应。基于二级反应建立了膜反应器动力学模型,并与实验结果进行了比较。优化了膜反应器中醇/醛摩尔比和催化剂负载量,并考察了分子筛膜和催化剂的可重复使用性。结果表明,采用膜反应器进行环己酮与乙二醇缩合反应,由于副产物水分子被膜选择性分离出反应体系,环己酮转化率由平衡转化率64.3%提高至几乎完全转化。且反应物在接近理论摩尔比条件下反应,提高了反应的原子经济性。T型分子筛膜在反应体系中具有良好的稳定性和可重复使用性。
The condensation reaction of cyclohexanone with ethylene glycol catalyzed by H-β zeolite in a T-type molecular sieve membrane reactor was investigated. The kinetic model of membrane reactor was established based on the second-order reaction and compared with the experimental results. The alcohol / aldehyde molar ratio and catalyst loading in the membrane reactor were optimized, and the reusability of zeolite membrane and catalyst was investigated. The results showed that the membrane reactor was used for the condensation reaction of cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol. The conversion of cyclohexanone from equilibrium conversion of 64.3% to almost complete conversion was achieved because of the selective separation of the water molecules by-product from the reaction system. And the reactants react at the theoretical molar ratio to improve the atomic economy of the reaction. T zeolite membrane in the reaction system has good stability and reusability.
