基层工会直接联系和服务职工群众,是工会组织全部工作和凝聚力、创造力的基础,是落实工会各项工作的组织者、推动者和实践者。在全面建成小康社会的历史进程中,工会要团结动员广大职工充分发挥主力军作用,切实成为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带、国家政权的重要社会支柱、职工群众合法权益的代表者和维护者,迫切需要进一步加强基层工会工作,增强基层工会工作活力。加强基层工会工作,增强基层工会工作活力是一项系统工程,应该从何处着眼,从哪些方面着力呢?本文结合太平洋机电集团工会的工作实践,就此问题作一些思考。
The direct contact and service of the grassroots trade unions with the masses of workers and staff are the basis for all the work and cohesion and creativity of trade unions and the organizers, promoters and practitioners in implementing the various tasks of trade unions. It is a systematic project to strengthen the work of grassroots trade unions and enhance the work vigor of the grassroots trade unions. Where should we focus our attention and what should we do? This article, combined with the work practices of the trade unions of Pacific Electrical and Mechanical Group, makes some thinking on this issue.
