从国内外的理论与实践来看,增大渐开线齿轮传动的齿形角,对于综合地提高其弯曲和接触强度,改善耐磨损抗胶合的能力,是一个有效措施。所以,目前在汽车、坦克等工业部门,特别在航空工业中,广泛地采用大齿形角齿轮。然而,目前在世界各工业部门中,采用的大齿形角是多种多样的,常见的有22.5°、25°、28°等。在我国,情况也是这样,采用的齿形角很杂乱,从22.5°到28°都有,有的甚至采用很特殊的角度,如27°21′18″等等。这种情况,非常不利于生产、维修和设计,急需对齿形角加以标准化。本文的目的是从强度和其他质量因素出发,探讨齿形
