我国的电子商务经过多年的发展,行业已逐步进入成熟期,淘汰的过程非常残酷,处于这样的阶段,具有竞争力的核心产品,良好的购物体验,更好的品牌形象,完善的管理将成为电商企业能够存活的筹码。李克强总理在政府工作报告中指出:“制定‘互联网+’行动计划,促进电子商务健康发展,引导互联网企业拓展国际市场。要推动传统产业换代升级,推动新兴产业地位升级。”在这样的机遇与挑战中,电商人才的积累成为电商企业增强自身抗风险的能力,人力资源培训成为企业灵活应对转型挑战的重要途径。企业要在竞争中立于不败之地,内部保有优秀的员工至关重要。企业的员工通过工作和不断地学习可以掌握更多的知识和经验以及切合消费心理的工作技能,从而让企业在行业知识技能更新换代上跟紧步伐。
