据Carrillo RA 2015年12月17日[Cell,2015,163(7):1770-1782.]报道,加州理工学院研究者人员鉴别出了一种特殊分子,该分子在果蝇机体中就可以扮演类似神经元标签识别的角色。研究者还发现,来自不同分子家族:Dpr蛋白和DIP蛋白的分子可以有选择性地结合在一起,从而促进表达Dpr蛋白的神经元同表达DIP蛋白的神经元之间进行互联,这一过程在生长发育的果蝇机体的神经肌肉及视觉系统中扮演着重要角色。
According to Carrillo RA, December 17, 2015 [Cell, 2015, 163 (7): 1770-1782] reported that researchers at the California Institute of Technology identified a special molecule that can play a role in Drosophila Similar to the role of neuron tag identification. The researchers also found that molecules from different families of molecules: the Dpr protein and the DIP protein, can selectively bind together to promote the interconnection of neurons that express the Dpr protein with neurons that express the DIP protein, at Drosophila growth and development of the body’s neuromuscular and visual system plays an important role.
