我院自1977年4~12月采用国产 ZE-78型中耳功能测定仪,对335名604只正常耳进行声阻抗测定。335名中,男289名,女46名;年龄<10岁4名,11~40岁293名,>41岁38名。珊将测定结果报道于后。一、鼓膜声顺值 604只正常耳鼓膜声顺平均值 C 为0.71毫升(大部分在0.30~1.60毫升内),与 Jerger 等报道的0.3~1.65毫升相近.二、中耳鼓膜声顺与压力变化关系用低频300赫测得正常耳声顺压力曲线,对其进行压力为±50和±100毫米水柱的声顺比(Cr)统计.表1说明曲线的平均形状是对称的.男女间 Cr 值无显著差别。
