深化习作教学改革必须做到如下三点:以让学生掌握语文工具、发展言语交际功能为主要目标;遵循“从动机走向目的”的心理规律,在言语交际的总体结构中全面和谐地发展学生的语言能力;顺应儿童模仿的天性,以正确模仿、反复实践为习作训练的基本手段。
