泰州职业技术学院经过近六年的不断探索和实践,创立了“学历+技能+就业”三位一体的退役士兵培训再教育模式,构建了“实践主导,课证融通”的专业课程体系。一、苏中、苏北地区的退役士兵的现状对近五年退役士兵招生情况进行统计分析,发现退役士兵具有以下特点:(一)年龄层次跨度比较大。(二)兵龄、兵种差异大。(三)文化程度参差不齐。(四)思想素质存在明显差异。(五)接受再教育和学习能力差异显著。
