新生血管性(出血性)青光眼以药物和手术均极难控制。其纤维血管组织在虹膜和小梁表面生长,因而造成房水流出易度的显著障碍,眼压增高。由于纤维血管组织增生、巩膜造口部位关闭、滤过泡瘢痕形成,传统的滤过术对这种青光眼均无效。作者所用瓣膜植入管为一根开口的尼龙(尼龙—6)管(外径0.58mm,内径0.38mm)与硅胶管相连成160°角(管端封死,有水平和垂直裂隙,具有对压力敏感及单向瓣膜功能)植入管上粘有两个侧突,以固定植入管。
