“双序列”人才管理模式,其核心内容是在公司内部同时建立包括管理类和专业技术类的双重职业发展通道。为加速培育科技领域的领军人物,中国石油天然气勘探开发公司根据有关指示,在中油国际海外研究中心进行了人力资源管理“双序列”管理模式试点。与以往为调动科技人才技术创新积极性进行的各项改革措施相比,“双序列”人才管理模式为最佳选择。
“Dual sequence ” talent management model, the core content is to establish a dual career development channel including management and professional technology within the company at the same time. In order to speed up the cultivation of leaders in the field of science and technology, CNPC conducted pilot projects on human resource management and “dual-sequence” management based on the instructions given by CNOOC International Overseas Research Center. Compared with the previous reform measures to mobilize the enthusiasm for technological innovation of scientific and technological personnel, the “double sequence” talent management mode is the best choice.
