高中体育课程是高中教育的重要组成部分,承担着促进高中学生身心健康发展的重要责任。在高中体育教学活动中,采取多元化的教学模式,能够有效提升我国高中体育教学的质量和水平,从根本上实现高中生的心理健康,提高他们的社会适应能力。在高中体育教学中存在教学方式作用发挥不到位,课堂管理力度不够、不能因材施教等问题,基于我国高中体育的教学现状,体育教师需要通过多元化的教学策略,更好的促进我国高中体育中的心理健康和社会适应能力的发展。我们在实践教学中应该从关注学生心理健康和社会适应能力的发展的需要,不断更新教学观念优化教学条件,科学合理的设计教学课程,有效提高学生学习的积极性,从根本上促进高中生心理健康和社会适应发展的能力。
