大学生作为国家发展的后备资源力量,属于社会相对弱势群体,经济不独立,亚健康问题突出。高校门诊报销管理作为大学生医保政策的重要组成部分,不仅关系到大学生的日常就诊权益保障,也关系到整个医保体系的贯彻与完善。本文以高校门诊报销制度为切入点,分析郑州各高校门诊报销模式及优劣之处,就如何提高高校门诊报销工作的便利度及学生的满意度提出若干建议。
As a reserve resource for national development, undergraduates belong to the relatively disadvantaged groups in society. Their economy is not independent and their sub-health problems are outstanding. Reimbursement management of college outpatient services, as an important part of college students ’health insurance policy, not only concerns the protection of college students’ rights of daily visits but also the implementation and improvement of the entire health insurance system. Based on the outpatient reimbursement system in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the outpatient reimbursement model and advantages and disadvantages of various colleges and universities in Zhengzhou, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the convenience of outpatient reimbursement and students’ satisfaction.
