本研究共用威斯特大鼠40只,以闭塞大脑中动脉(MCA)的方法复制局部脑缺血的实验模型。本文描述了闭塞MCA的手术方法,并对MCA闭塞后脑组织病理学,梗塞面积及电子计算机断层扫描(CT)结果进行了探讨。结果表明,本方法复制的局部脑缺血模型死亡率低,重复性高。脑缺血后脑组织病理学改变有神经细胞水肿、线粒体固缩、细胞器崩解,核膜破裂,细胞坏死等,而小胶质细胞的噬节细胞现象和大量格子细胞的形成为最显著的特点之一。MCA闭塞后脑梗塞的面积轻恒定,但CT扫描未见缺血性改变,由于该研究用小啮齿动物,采源便宜、手术操作较简便,且术后存活卒高;可供临床研究脑缺血时形态、机能及代谢的改变作参考。
In this study, 40 Wistar rats were used to replicate the experimental model of focal cerebral ischemia by occluding the middle cerebral artery (MCA). This article describes the surgical procedure for occlusion of MCA and discusses the histopathology, infarct size, and computed tomography (CT) results after MCA occlusion. The results show that this method of replication of the local cerebral ischemia model with low mortality and high repeatability. Pathological changes of brain tissue after ischemia include neuronal edema, mitochondria shrinkage, disassembly of organelles, rupture of nuclear membrane and cell necrosis, while the phenomenon of the formation of many ghost cells and the formation of numerous ghost cells in microglia one. The area of infarction after MCA occlusion is light and constant, but there is no ischemic change on CT scan. Because of the small rodents used in this study, the source is cheap, and the operation is simple and the postoperative survival is high. It can be used for clinical study of cerebral ischemia When the morphological, functional and metabolic changes for reference.
