以粉煤灰为主要原料,掺部分粘土及无烟煤混合成球,在1200~1300℃高温下烧结的粉煤灰陶粒是一种人造混凝土轻骨料。1964年,天津市硅酸盐制品厂在沈阳冶炼厂、原东北工业建筑设计院、天津市建筑科学研究所等单位配合下进行了粉煤灰陶粒的研制工作。1966年建成一生产车间,设计年产量为7万立米。迄今共生产陶粒20万立米,利用粉煤灰约20万吨,节约排灰用地200余亩和排灰处理费用60万元。一、粉煤灰陶粒的生产生产粉煤灰陶粒的原料主要有粉煤灰、粘土及无烟煤三种。1.粉煤灰:是电厂粉煤炉排出的湿灰。细度要求4900孔/厘米~2筛余量小于40%,在和其他原料混合前应烘干,使其含水率在15~20%之间。2.粘土:做成球的粘结剂,也是陶粒烧
