文章主要从激励性评价的实施过程谈及,包括准备阶段、实施阶段。文章结合具体的实践重点阐释了班主任在具体的教学管理过程中实施激励性评价时应把握好的三大原则:目的性原则、适合性原则、技巧性原则。同时文章强调了技巧性原则在实践中非常有效的三种激励方法:“登门槛效应”激励法、标定形象激励法、求同式激励法。
The article mainly discusses the implementation process of the incentive evaluation, including the preparation stage and the implementation stage. Combining with the concrete practice, the article explains three main principles that the teacher should grasp when implementing the incentive evaluation in the process of concrete teaching management: the purposive principle, the fit principle and the trick principle. At the same time, the article emphasizes the three kinds of incentive methods that the trick principle is very effective in practice: the threshold effect incentive method, the nominal image incentive method and the same incentive method.
