近年来,柴油机要求高性能和长寿命。由于缸内压力提高,活塞销衬套的工作负荷和温度更为苛刻。所以,对活塞销衬套的承载能力、耐磨性和耐蚀性提出了很高的要求。为了改善耐蚀性,研究了添加元素对铜合金的影响。发现铜合金中加镍可减少硫化腐蚀。同时试图在铜合金中添加硬质颗粒来提高耐磨性。本研究的主要目的是确定硬质颗粒对耐磨性和切削加工过程的影响。试验结果表明,耐磨性得到改善而切削加工过程并未进一步复杂化。在此研究的基础上开发出一种新型活塞销衬套材料,有效地改善了高负荷柴油机活塞销衬套的耐蚀性和耐磨性。
In recent years, diesel engines demand high performance and long life. Due to the increased in-cylinder pressure, the work load and temperature of the piston-pin bushings are more demanding. Therefore, the piston pin bush bearing capacity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance put forward high requirements. In order to improve the corrosion resistance, the effect of added elements on the copper alloy was studied. Found that nickel alloy copper can reduce sulfide corrosion. At the same time trying to add hard particles in the copper alloy to improve the wear resistance. The main purpose of this study is to determine the impact of hard particles on the wear resistance and cutting process. Test results show that the wear resistance is improved and the cutting process is not further complicated. Based on this research, a new type of piston pin bushing material was developed to effectively improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the piston pin bushing of a high-load diesel engine.
