目的 探讨CT和超声预测胆石的化学性质以及比较两者间差异的准确性。方法 6 0例胆石标本于体外模型行CT和超声检查 ,根据影像学特点 ,将胆石分为 5类。用红外光谱仪定量分析所有胆石的 4种主要化学成分。结果 胆石的CT和超声分类同其化学性质密切相关。CT和超声诊断胆固醇性结石的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为 90 .0 %、97.5 %、95 .0 %及 83 .3 %、95 .2 %、91.7%。两组各有效性间的相互比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 CT和超声均能准确预测胆石的化学性质。
Objective To investigate the chemical properties of gallstone by CT and ultrasound and to compare the accuracy of the two. Methods Sixty cases of gallstone specimens were examined by CT and ultrasonography in vitro. According to the imaging features, gallstone was divided into five categories. Quantitative analysis of all four gallstones by infrared spectroscopy of the four main chemical components. Results The CT and ultrasonic classification of gallstones were closely related to their chemical properties. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CT and ultrasonography in diagnosing cholesterol stones were 90.0%, 97.5%, 95.0% and 83.3%, 95.2% and 91.7%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in validity (P> 0.05). Conclusion CT and ultrasound can accurately predict the chemical properties of gallstone.
