目的 :观察珍合灵浸膏对小鼠中枢的抑制作用和抗缺氧作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠 ,随机分为 4组 ,雌雄各半 ,分别为生理盐水对照组、阳性对照组 ,珍合灵大剂量组 (6g·kg-1)和小剂量组 (2g·kg-1)。各组动物实验前连续用上述药物灌胃 7~ 10d ,于实验当天给药 30~ 6 0min后 ,分别进行小鼠自发活动、戊巴比妥钠致小鼠入睡作用、抗印防己毒素致小鼠惊厥和小鼠耐常压缺氧实验 ,观察药物作用。结果 :大、小剂量珍合灵浸膏可显著增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的致小鼠睡眠作用 ;提高小鼠印防己毒素CD50 值 ,提高百分率分别为 8.89%和 30 .4 5 % ;增加小鼠因缺氧而死亡的时间。大剂量珍合灵浸膏能明显抑制小鼠自发活动。结论 :珍合灵浸膏具有明显的镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用和抗缺氧的能力。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of Zhenheling extract on the central nervous system in mice and its anti-hypoxia effect. METHODS: Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, male and female, which were normal saline control group and positive control group. Zhenlingling large-dose group (6g·kg-1) and low-dose group (2g·kg- 1). Animals in each group were continuously intragastrically administered with the above drugs for 7 to 10 days before the experiment. On the day of the experiment, 30 to 60 minutes after the administration, spontaneous activity of the mice, sleepiness of the mice caused by pentobarbital sodium, and anti-tetracycline-induced toxicity were respectively performed. Rat convulsions and mice were subjected to normobaric hypoxia test to observe the effects of drugs. RESULTS: Large and small doses of Zhen-Ling-Ling extract could significantly increase the sleep-effect induced by the subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium. The CD50 value of the mice was increased by 8.89% and 30.4% respectively. Increase the time of mouse death due to lack of oxygen. Large doses of Zhen Ling Ling extract can significantly inhibit the spontaneous activity of mice. Conclusion : Zhenheling extract has obvious sedative, hypnotic, anticonvulsant and anti-anoxia abilities.
