[目的]探讨厦门市海沧区食物中毒发生的规律和分布特征,为制订有效预防控制措施提供科学依据。[方法]对海沧区2002~2008年食物中毒资料进行分析。[结果]2002~2008年合计发生食物中毒36起,中毒471例,无死亡,进食人员罹患率为14.96%。其中,2002年5起、34例,2003年9起、64例,2004年3起、58例,2005年7起、54例,2006年4起、140例,2007年5起、60例,2008年3起、61例。发生在集体食堂的17起,中毒307例;细菌性食物中毒引起的15起,中毒237例;因为食品加工不当引起的20起,中毒374例。[结论]集体食堂是食物中毒的高危场所,食品加工不当是食物中毒的主要原因。
[Objective] To explore the regularity and distribution characteristics of food poisoning in Haicang District of Xiamen City, and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures. [Method] The food poisoning data of Haicang from 2002 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results] From 2002 to 2008, there were 36 food poisoning cases and 471 poisoning cases without any deaths. The attack rate of eating staff was 14.96%. There were 5 cases in 2002, 34 cases, 9 cases in 2003, 64 cases, 3 cases in 2004, 58 cases, 7 cases in 2005, 54 cases, 4 cases in 2006, 140 cases, 5 cases in 2007, 60 cases in 2007, 3 cases in 2008, 61 cases. 17 cases occurred in the collective canteen, and 307 cases were poisoned; 15 cases caused by bacterial food poisoning and 237 cases poisoning; 37 cases were poisoned because of 20 food improper processing. [Conclusion] The collective canteens are the high risk places of food poisoning. Improper food processing is the main reason of food poisoning.
